You must be the change you wish to see in the world!

The Earth provides resources that are exploitable by humans, we should exploit the resources from earth which can be reused again and again, and the most basic requirements of any living being on this planate are water. 70% of the Earth surface is covered by water, but the fact is over large parts of the world, humans have inadequate access to potable water in a recent report* (November 2009) suggests that by 2030, in some developing regions of the world, water demand will exceed supply by 50%.

There is no shortage of resources, but there is a problem in managing the resources, to manage these resources we need good leaders, we need to identify these leaders who are willing to be part of this change and we should empower them.

The most critical part for the successful management of resource is political leadership, Today’s political system is in a total mess and calls for the election commission to have a re-look at the present political system and establish some strict guidelines and policies on the selection of democratic leaders for contesting elections.

You may be wondering what has political system to do with the resource management?
By reviewing the present Political system will make a difference? Is a question to be answered by yourself, I would like to end these thoughts with some quotes by great leaders.

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world" - Mahatma Gandhi

“We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be, we have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in future can be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.” - Swami Vivekananda

Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things. -Peter F. Drucker
